Bitdreams offers standard options for customer support, including an FAQ, email, and live chat. The FAQ section is a bit more robust than most casinos, covering many common questions and providing thorough answers rather than one-sentence blurbs.
If you don’t find your answer in the FAQ, you can contact support via email at support@bitdreams.com or live chat. Email support typically takes 24 hours to respond.
We were somewhat disappointed in the customer support provided by Bitdreams live chat support. We contacted them regarding whether they had a VIP or loyalty program. An agent connected to us in about 30 seconds, which is good, but it was quickly apparent that the agent was from a service.
When we asked about the VIP program, they immediately said it was available. After asking for a link to the terms of the program, they put us on hold for several minutes before coming back with a link to the Account FAQ, which did not have the information.
Sadly, this is a common issue with casinos that use services for support. If you need assistance from Bitdreams, clearly communicate your issue and press the issue if agents do not give adequate answers. The casino definitely needs to upgrade its live chat support to improve its support quality.
